1. About the Service

riga.2see.live is a free event aggregator for Riga, Latvia. We collect publicly available event information from ticketing platforms and accept submissions from event organisers to help people in Riga discover what's on.

The service is provided free of charge to both visitors and event organisers.

2. Event Submission

When you submit an event, you confirm that:

• You are the organiser of the event or are authorised to list it.
• The ticket purchase link you provide is valid, live, and leads to the correct event page.
• All information associated with the event (title, date, venue, price) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The event is a real, publicly accessible cultural or entertainment event taking place in or near Riga.
• The event does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

3. Event Acceptance and Moderation

Submission of an event does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to:

• Reject any event submission without explanation.
• Remove a published event at any time if it no longer meets our criteria or has been cancelled.
• Edit event details (title, category, description) to ensure accuracy and consistency with the rest of the platform.

We do not accept:

• Events without an active ticket purchase link.
• Private, corporate, or closed events not open to the general public.
• Participation-based events (marathons, competitions, training courses) — we list spectator/cultural events only.
• Events that promote illegal activity, discrimination, or harmful content.

4. Organiser Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the information you submit.
• Any changes to the event (date, venue, cancellation) — please notify us at info.riga@2see.live so we can update or remove the listing.
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding your event, including consumer protection, ticketing regulations, and venue licensing.

5. Intellectual Property

By submitting an event, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the event information (title, date, venue, price, image from your ticket page) on riga.2see.live and associated channels (e.g. Telegram channel @riga2see).

We do not claim ownership of your event content. You retain all rights to your event and its materials.

We only reproduce factual information (title, date, venue, price) and images you have publicly published on your ticketing page for the purpose of event discovery.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

riga.2see.live is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information sourced from third-party platforms.
• That any submitted event will be published or remain published.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use riga.2see.live, including but not limited to ticket purchase disputes, event cancellations, or inaccurate event information.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed €100 in any twelve-month period.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
